Refund policy

We want you to love your Measured Makery piece. If something isn't right, here's how returns work.

 

RETURN WINDOW

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

 

CONDITION

Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Because our pieces are hand-finished in small batches, we can't accept items that show signs of use, alteration, or damage that happened after delivery.

 

RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, since we can't issue a refund for items lost in transit back to us.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@measuredmakery.com with photos of the issue. We'll cover return shipping in these cases and send a replacement or a full refund.

 

REFUNDS

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Digital downloads and printable products, including our miniature book cover PDFs, are final sale. They're delivered instantly and can't be returned. Gift cards are also non-refundable.
