PROCESSING TIME

Orders are handmade and hand-finished to order in small batches. Please allow 1 to 3 business days for processing before your order ships, in addition to transit time.

 

WHERE WE SHIP

We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is temporarily paused due to recent changes in EU customs requirements. We hope to reopen international shipping in the future.

 

SHIPPING COSTS AND CARRIER

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. We ship via USPS.

 

TRACKING

You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

 

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, contact us at info@measuredmakery.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can help.

 

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
