The only red in the entire pewter collection is on these bows. It was put where it couldn’t be missed.
Twelve o’clock on every charger. Set a dinner plate on top and the bow still sits above it, ribbon tails falling over the rim. Visible from every seat. That was the point.
Below the bow, the rim keeps going. Holly and berries. Pinecones. Ribbon swags looping between them. A scalloped edge all the way around. Antiqued pewter everywhere, with the bows painted red by hand, four times per set.
31.27mm across. About 15 inches at full size. A charger exists to be bigger than the plate and fancier than everything else on the table. Both boxes, checked.
Stack the dinner plate on top. Add a reindeer sleigh napkin ring. That’s a place setting that looks planned weeks in advance, whether or not it was.
Part of the Christmas table collection. Every piece is listed separately and sets the same table. Only the 4 chargers are included in this listing.
