The turkey gravy boat, beak first. On the vintage originals, gravy poured straight through the open beak. Nobody ever fixed that, because nothing was broken.
Hollow bowl, tail swept into the handle, feather detail wrapped the whole way around. Matte white, in the ironstone tradition, sized to sit beside the tureen like they came out of the same cabinet. They did.
Park it on the sideboard next to the serving pieces, or set it wherever the mashed potatoes land.
